What we do
Eleni Gkini office handles the whole spectrum of work related to the fields of architecture and spatial, landscape and object planning.
The architectural sector mainly undertakes the composition and study of residential buildings, residential complexes and business premises, interior spaces and furniture objects. The range of studies is wide: it includes the preliminary study, the issuance of a building permit, the final study as well as the application study, up to the resolution of all the architectural details that make up the project. In addition, the office undertakes residential and commercial renovations.
Landscape architecture, an element inextricably linked to the building and the synthetic principles that define it, is a parallel occupation of the office.
Our expertise
We specialize in the architectural composition of a human-centered building design, prioritizing the creative combination of new and innovative materials. Architectural elements such as pergolas, canopies, ladders, shading systems, furniture and interior elements are manufactured with an emphasis on detail and perfection of construction, rendering in the most complete way the original architectural composition.
What we offer
We create simple and modern spaces, with character, and implement strong and innovative design ideas. In every project, we primarily pursue excellent customer service. Armed with many years of experience in architectural practice, project supervision and the organization of building construction, we use new technology materials and look for innovative forms that adapt to each need. In collaboration with other architects, designers and professionals, we expand the possibilities of the office by shaping new design standards.
Based on people and their needs, we process and shape the architectural space in the most functional way. Always wanted, high aesthetics in the service of a new quality of life. Elements such as light, landscape, semi-outdoor and outdoor spaces (courtyards), boundaries between closed and open spaces are important elements to investigate for the structure of the architectural space.
